Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription Model
HearthSoft services are offered as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscriptions billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select).
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at support@hearthsoft.com. When you cancel:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- You will not be charged for any subsequent billing periods.
- You will retain access to all features until your paid period expires.
Refunds
No refunds are provided for the current billing period. Because our Services are delivered digitally and available immediately upon subscription, we do not offer partial or prorated refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.
Exceptions
If you believe you were charged in error or have experienced a significant service disruption, please contact us at support@hearthsoft.com. We will review your case and may issue a refund or credit at our discretion.
Free Trials
If we offer a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.
